I recently stayed at Hi5 in Kuta for one night and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location, although not right on the beach, is still very close and only a short walk away. It's also conveniently situated near the main roads of Kuta, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The pool area is lovely, and there's even a shared kitchen and lounge with a TV. One of my favorite features was the rooftop space where I could relax on beanbags and enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and the sunset over the mountains. The room itself was brand new and spotlessly clean, with a huge bathroom that had hot water. The spacious wardrobe and excellent air-conditioning were also impressive. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Can just recommend this hotel.

I always return because the staff is friendly and helpful, they even gave me a local taxi number. The amenities here suit me perfectly, like the outdoor pool, Wi-Fi and free parking. This place has it all! Can't wait for my next trip!

We stayed at a place in a perfect location, next to the beach in Kuta and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff at Hi5 were very friendly and efficient in attending to our requests. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. We loved the large closet for storage and the nice touch of mood lighting in the room. It felt like staying in private villas, and we appreciated the complimentary water refills and well-equipped kitchen.

Excellent location, steps from town center and beach. Ocean view from top room. Friendly and easy-to-communicate-with staff. Immaculate room with super-sized bed, pool view, huge bathroom, and dressings. Hidden gem for a memorable getaway.

The ocean views from our room were absolutely breathtaking. We woke up every morning to the sound of crashing waves and the sight of a golden sunrise. The room itself was spacious and bright, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even allowed us to bring our little puppy with us, which made our stay extra special. The outdoor area was amazing, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather and soaking up the stunning views. we had a fantastic experience at Hi5 and would definitely recommend it to others.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. The first was that the toilet in our room wasn't clean upon our arrival and despite requesting for it to be cleaned, it wasn't properly attended to.

The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially when my friend fell ill. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. the location was also great, right in the center of town and close to a supermarket and plenty of eateries. the room had a fantastic sea view, which was a big plus.

the noise at night was quite disruptive, especially from the neighboring bar. It made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Not one thing.

The location is perfect, right in the centre of town and close to all the main restaurants and eateries. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice big bathroom. The staff was responsive and helpful, always ready to assist us. Plus, the kitchen was well-equipped and the free water refill was a nice touch.

The air con in our room was not working properly and we had to be moved to another room downstairs.
